I've tried the following...

void MyFunction<T1, T2>() where T1, T2 : struct {}

void MyFunction<T1, T2>() where T1: struct , T2 : struct {}

void MyFunction<T1, T2>() where T1: struct ,  where T2 : struct {}

...but alas, I'm stumped. Please help!
