Well since the release is tied to SQL Server 2005 and that is pushed back until "late summer" I would say sometime around August at the earliest.
There were some rumblings that it should be called SQL Server 2006, so that may be another inticator.......... -

Feb is more realistically the release for Beta 2. Expect somewhere around June 2005.
