Are there any code coverage tools that comes with the Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition?
Does these tools also works with the CE 6.0 Platform Builder plug-in to Visual Studio 2005? Or it's a different implementation for CE?

No there are no code coverage tools
So no, they won't work with CE, because they don't exist.
