Hey guys,

I would like to start developing a small .net application that can output video identified as a webcam stream, and originating from a directory or list of files. That being said, I'm not sure where to begin. Is it natively possible to mimic a webcam with .net, or do I need to go and seek 3rd party projects to allow this?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
