Blend 3 lacked support for project paths in the csproj that used environment variables.
Will this be fixed in Blend 4?
When is Silverlight 4 shipping anyway? Will it be a simultaneous release with VS 2010, or release a month later?
Blend 4 is shipping in the near future. VS 2010 shipped yesterday. And SL4 ships April 15th.
Visual Studio supports environment paths. There's still time to add support in Blend 4.
