We're in the process of getting ready to deploy a large number of WinCE MDTs.  Since we have so many, we're going to have to do most of our set up programatically.  What we're looking for is a way to actually create a completely new DUN / GSM over serial connection if it doesn't already exist, with everything it needs (APN, phone #, etc) to function and connect.  Are there a set of native functions in coredll that can do this, or are we hoping for too much here?
