Had a look at that earlier.
Slightly off-topic post (but, certainly a lot less off-topic than nemisys), a found this earlier.
Every week or so, I go onto http://download.microsoft.com and do a search for all downloads and then sort by date. Its a great way to pick up tools like this one which aren't publicised as well as up to date white papers, technical presentations and the sort.

I looked at the link you gave...Does this only work for .NET apps and Visual Studio, or can you use other IDEs (like Borland Builder, etc.)...? -
It's a stand-alone .NET 1.1 application that you use to design threat models for your applications. I'm not sure I understand your question, jsrfc58.
