However, if I were you, I'd google the Internet. Chances of you finding "serious design CLR bug", after thousands of people have designed it and millions used it subsequently, is dangerously close to zero.
I am not aware of any Microsoft sponsored gift for those who find bugs in Microsoft products, so you have nothing to gain (nor lose) by posting here.
