I created a business solution comprising CRM 2011, Office 365 (SharePoint and Exchange) and Windows Azure using DemoBuilder (http://demobuilder.cloudapp.net/">http://demobuilder.cloudapp.net.) 

Using the DemoBuilder wizard, I created a demo company (Channel9Contoso) and once the solution was deployed, I was trying to go through the hands-on lab provided with CRM 2011 Dev Training Kit.

I was going through the Self Guided Exploration New module, and I am getting stuck when going through Exercise 6 - Navigation Groups (when it tells me to work with Contoso2 organization)

1) My first question is that, while Organization is one of the standard "Entities" in CRM, why is it that I am not able to create multiple organizations on CRM 2011 online trial instance. PS: I am not in Germany, nor is my live account locale set to it.

2) Secondly, when I try to import the solution and customization files (which I need to import the data files) associated with Contoso2, it fails every time with either:

- The ZIP or CAB file could not be uploaded because the file is corrupted or doesnot contain valid importable files. OR

- When, I unzip the solution files, (e.g. fitnesscentercommon_1_0_0_0_managed), I only see three xml files:

• [Content_Types].xml
• customizations.xml
• solution.xml

                And when I import the customizations.xml file, it says:

The data is not in XML Spreadsheet 2003 format. The file could not be uploaded because the file format is not valid. Save the file in XML Spreadsheet 2003 (.xml) format and then upload.

Please be noted that I have tried to download the CRM 2011 Kit again but to no avail.

Any suggestions as to why is this happening and how can I solve this problem would be much appreciated as there is a lot of work pending on our plates especially when we roll out CRM 2011 and I wanted to get a head start by this training kit.
