Tech Off - Dependency properties in C++ using Windows Runtime

I'm new to managed C++ and I looked up examples of coding dependency objects w/ properties for WPF, but they don't quite translate over to WinRT. I've figured out some of the differences and adjusted the code so it lists no errors in VS, except until I try to build it for runtime.

Can anyone here give me an example of how the code should look?
