Executing a python script in via ASPX in IIS7 via

Server.Execute("scriptname.py?arg1=x&arg2=z")

Gives me the following error:

I have added the script handler to IIS and I can call the script directly fine.
It's only when I try to call it via server.execute that I have this issue.

Any Ideas?
