just one thing: by "Windows 8 mobile app" to you mean a "mobile app" on windows 8 or a windows 8 phone app ??
given that in the past MS used the word "mobile" for the phones and also used to refer to CE but now we have windows 8 the phone and windows 8 the desktop and windows 8 the tablet ....
much possible confusion here ...
