One thing I forgot to mention in the survey (and I didn't want to submit another survey just to say it) is that I'd like to have videos that are already encoded for mobile devices, like the .Net Show does. I download the vids at work and put them on my PMC to watch at home, and it's agony waiting for WMP to re-encode the longer videos.
