Site Feedback - Full-screen button jumps

For the C9 videos, when I click play, the full-screen button (and volume control) jumps to the left to fit in the bandwidth indicator. The jump happens in about the same time it takes to move my mouse to the full-screen button, so it suddenly isn't where I was aiming my mouse.

Could the bandwidth indicator be always present so that the UI doesn't change as I'm trying to use it please?

(This happens in both IE9 and Firefox on a nominally 10Mb/s connection.)
