I agree, however, I'm not responsible for the LAN. I was caught in a chicken and egg problem, because I needed to install the OS and then install SP4 via the network. It was not fun!

I had to reinstall Win2K and I wouldn't last more than 15 minutes connected to the network. Same for our lab machines.
