Can anybody recommend either a Web Service or an offline database solution which would allow me to get the city and country for any given latitude and longitude?

(Free solutions/services preferred but possible commercial solutions are welcome, too!)

I'm unable to view videos on facebook profiles with latest beta 2 of ie 8. (Get "Done, but with errors on page" javascript warnings in status bar on nearly EVERY fb page.)

When I click a video in a friend's profile it takes me directly to the "Add a comment" page.

Just to confirm: Everything works perfectly fine in Firefox, so not a general fb issue.

Can anyobdy duplicate this behavior/bug/issue/problem?

The Dev Team has just released the update for Pwnage Tool. It's now version 2.0.2 which supports Apple's latest official firmware, 2.0.1. It includes the jailbreak for 3G iPhones. I'm currently updating and keep posting through the process.

I've also mirrored the file as Dev Team's servers usually get a huge run shortly after release.

Can anybody recommend a full imaging solution for Windows Vista which would allow me to backup (incrementally would be best) my full local drives c/d/e to a 2 TB external USB drive and allow me to fully restore everything?

How to use .lib files? [How to use .lib files?]

From a partner I've received .lib files. Windows Explorer says "Object File Library". However, it seems as if I cannot reference them from within Visual Studio. How do I use .lib files, then? They are supposed to be C++ libs for i386.

I admit, this post's subject is a heavy one :-)...

Suppose we are trying to build a lightweight, simple NET Add-in prototype. (I'm not referring to the latest Microsoft Add-in Framework here, but rather something completely homegrown).

Can anybody point me to resources for further reading. Best if based on personal experience. I know how to Google myself ;-)

Did I miss anything? Sliverlight 2 Beta 2 comes to live and nothing on SctotGu's Blog? Is he on vacation? Hope he did not leave MS, though.
