Hold your horse's, I think silverlight is great but I think most offices today have dual monitors. I want to have a Channel 9 video full screened on one monitor and work on the other. The problem is that once I give focus to another window on the other screen, Silverlight goes back to original size. That frankly Sucks! Now if there is a way please tell me. At least on Netflix I can F11 IE and the player takes most of the window. In channel 9 the player is small and doesn't resize based on the IE window its in. If channel 9 would at least have the player resize to the window it would be great. Then F11 would at least help. The ultimate solution though would be to allow the user to have control over what causes it to leave full screen and pause etc. I love that Silverlight pauses with the spacebar. I think that is the stupidist thing on flash.

Channel 10 problems [Channel 10 problems]

Is anyone else having problems with seeing video's on channel 10. I know I'm at work and they have completely dorked my system (a rant for another day) but I can see channel 9 fine.

Everytime the web site returns 2 errors and when I tried to contact channel 10 I got this error!

If anyone else has had this problem and knows a work around let me know.

C9 needs a button to make trolls go away. Just think of it. Emet lets out another load of crap and you push the Bad Troll Button and now for me Emet never shows up in another forum. If he posts on a topic, when I view the topic, his listings (and other trolls like k2tof12d) are shown as gray blank place holders. I can view the blank post but only if I choose to by clicking a link on the blank place holder.

I personally have enjoyed the forums except a few who I don't want to listen to anymore.

Come ON JEFF give us the button. Let us nuke these idiots out of our lives! It would improve my 65% rating of C9 forums to 95%.

How many posts are disrupted by a few trolls.

No XAML Dice in my Blender [No XAML Dice in my Blender]

Just installed Blend and silverlight 1.1 alpha with by beta 1 build of orcas. Xaml in blend errors and won't run or goto design mode. Any help out there? I'm a total newbie with Xaml and blend. Some of the 100's of errors are 'default namespace is not defined' and 'specific value cannot be assigned to the collection. The following type was expected, PathFigure'. Oh yea, I am using the samples in the SDK. Chess and other samples work in VS!! .Net guy kicks my butt but I can kick the JScript guys butt so I guess were even:S Very impressive oh the .NET speed. 1000/1 speed increase over JS! As a consultant I can see myself making money on this. Thank you microsoft.

Vista File Associations [Vista File Associations]

WHERE THE * !*@&# is the delete button for file type associations. Why did they take delete away from where its been for 10 years? What on earth were they thinking. Make a file type of .XYZ and associate it with notepad. How do I get rid of it? Oh yea I can change it so that IE opens it or anything thing else but why not a delete? Even Assoc .xyz= didn't work. It works for the built in types but not for custom ones!

Help I'm losing my mind. Why would I want to go to the Registry every time I want to delete a file association!
