What I don't get is people who spend the whole time complaining about CAPS! Personally I find a word that is in all CAPS easier to click on as it is slightly LARGER than the others. So maybe some of us would rather have the all caps. HOW ABOUT YOU SUGGEST THEY GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO CAPITALIZE THE KEY TASKS YOU WANT, ALL OR NONE. NOW wouldn't that be a USEFULL SUGGEStion?
