I'm using Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Express 2005, MS Office 2003.
I would like to start using VSTO, but I'm not sure how to start.

Also, I seem to have Framework 1.1 and Framework 2.0 installed. I plan to restrict further development to 2.0, but may have to do some support of 1.1, not sure at this point.

I checked out MSDN documents and order book on VSTO.

I'm not sure how software was installed. What should I do and in what order should a begin to verify if I have the proper prerequisites installed and how I should install them. 

I looked at GAC and did not find items mentioned. However, I went to Office and noticed MS Office 11 components are referenced.

Would it be safe to assume from this that I have the PIAs?

I'm thinking I should begin installing the PIAs as mentioned in the MSDN instructions.
