That's not "no - it'll never be there, that's a stupid idea, stop asking". It's more a "holy crap, man, have you any idea how few people are working on this, and how hard they're working to get it to even ship on time?"
Maybe one day XBox One or a future Xbox will run WinRTs apps. But its not going to at launch, and people buy Xboxes for games and media. And getting the Xbox to have a good experience with most WinRT apps would be hard, and frankly not all that great for customers - at least, compared with having say some exclusive titles, faster performance, or $30 off the asking price.
Core features are going to come first. Other features are secondary.
