I just purchased parts for a new computer. I wanted to install Vista x64, but wanted to try it out first to be sure all my software worked. Where can I get a trial copy of Vista x64?

Zune Active Downloads [Zune Active Downloads]

Overall I'm pretty happy with it. I have been using it constantly since I got it. The only problem I have is when I try to download a lot of music and accidentally close Zune... all of my active downloads go away and I have to go back, find all the ones that didn't download and start over.

Screensavers [Screensavers]

I was borred so I decided to find a new screensaver for my computer... after digging through all the spam ridden junk you get when searching for screensaver on google... I decided to post here and see what you guys were using.

I had one before that was pretty sweet but I can't seem to remember what it was... sheep something.

Strange Debugging Issue [Strange Debugging Issue]

Alright, I am running a fresh copy of Vista RC1 and Visual Studio 2005 (woo hoo!!!)...
anywhoo, everything was running fine, but I noticed some strange behavior in the way that VS would start debugging. Normally when I would press F5, IE pops up and in the background you can see all of the VS toolbars hide away (this isn't the issue, I'm just trying to give as much info as I can).
When I define a break point now, VS will ignore it completely. I am guessing that the VS debugger is closing prematurely and that is why the breakpoints don't work.
Since the folks at Microsoft have been so kind as to dog food this for all of us, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if there is a fix for it.

Sorry for my poor use of grammar, I typed this in a hurry. Any help is appreciated as I am lost on how to fix this.

I don't rant too often because over all I am satisfied with Windows/Microsoft; having said that, here is something that continually pisses me off.
I am a programmer/IT person, as such, I use the spacebar and enter keys on my keyboard quite often. I also like watching Channel9 videos. What I do not like is downloading the videos while I am working on my computer only to have it finish while I am typing. As many of you probably know the file will be move from it's temporary directory to the directory I have saved... Well, in the window that pops up (over the one I am working on, but that is another rant) there is a CANCEL button, yes folks, a CANCEL button. Not only that, but a CANCEL button that has focus. So as you might assume, pressing the Spacebar or Enter keys on your keyboard will, you guessed it, cancel the move operation forcing you to re-download your file... that's right, the 100MB to 800MB file you were downloading will have to be re-downloaded.
Well, that is not so much of a rant as it is a complaint, either way it is an annoying problem. Anoying enough I have even resorted to using <gasp>Download Accellerator</gasp>

Note: As I was typing this, I cancelled another Channel9 movie download... the same damn download I had to restart because I cancelled it 5 minutes ago...

HttpContext.RewritePath Method Help!!! [HttpContext.RewritePath Method Help!!!]

I am having the hardest time getting this to work. I have been playing around with the HttpContext.RewritePath Method because I am trying to take this:
http://mywebsite.com/Redir/Default.aspx?userID=jdale and make it so when the browser requests this http://mywebsite.com/Redir/jdale it will return the query string userID... or something similar, I just can't have query strings in the url, it has to look like a directory request.
Anyway, one of the problems I am having is the HttpContext.RewritePath Method is extremelly poorly documented. (like most other things in the msdn documentation, but that is another rant)...
Anyway, here is the code I have in the Global.asax file.

void Application_Start(Object sender, EventArgs e)
{
HttpContext httpCont = HttpContext.Current;
httpCont.RewritePath("~/Redir", "", "");
}

You may be wondering why there isn't anything in the other arguments... well that is because I don't know how to use them.

Anyway, when the ~/Redir/Default.aspx page is requested as such: http://mywebsie.com/Redir/jdale
it will get the query string userid=jdale

RSS Screwed Up [RSS Screwed Up]

It use to only display new movies (which is why I used it) not it is displaying all the forum topics as well.
Couldn't we just seperate the form topics from the new movie interviews?
