Hi ...
In the past 2 or 3 days my msn blog (http://spaces.msn.com/members/brunocapuano) ... automatically change his look and feel from this

to this ...

And not only in my Browser ... I tried everything, clear temp files, refresh proxy cache .. etc :S
Any idea ??

PD: I think it's not only me, my friend GustavoB also has the same theme and his blog also looks bad :D

But when I run the sample code on my local machine i have the following error

The problem was on the line

// Compute the signature.
signedXml.ComputeSignature();

Does anybody have any idea or suggestion ???

I am using WSE 2.0 SP3, the sample was written with WSE 1.0

I made a sample application to test and learn the use of internationalization in Asp.Net. I generate the application, using resources files and I load all the "strings" to be displayed from the specified culture resource. for example:

Dim rm As ResourceManager = New ResourceManager("Menu.Sample", GetType(Menu.Sample).Assembly)
Label1.Text = rm.GetString("Label1")

I have a manager into a Base Class that manages the current culture for the specified user:

Dim sCul As String = HttpContext.Current.Session("cul")
' carga los datos de la cultura desde la session
If sCul <> "" Then
Dim cul As String = HttpContext.Current.Session("cul")
Dim culture As CultureInfo = New CultureInfo(cul)
System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = culture
System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = culture
End If

Now application is running OK.
But I want to add new languages, I mean new resource files.
I create a new resource file but I don't know how can I agregate to the existing ones. The resources files have the .resx extentions. I use the Regres and I generate the .resources files. But I must generate a .dll file.

Any suggestions ?

Remoting over HTTP [Remoting over HTTP]

Hi ... I'm trying to implement Remoting with an Http Channel, to do this, I add a Remoting.config

file to a WebServer Application and on the App_Start Event I run the following line :

Dim strRemConfig As String
strRemConfig = HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("./Remoting.config")
RemotingConfiguration.Configure(strRemConfig)

And my Remote Object is started !!

I have a test client, to check the functionallity, and It only works when the Virtual Directory is

configured with an Anonymous Access in the Directory Security Options. (uses the IUSR_XXX user). but

when I change to the "Integrated Windows Authentication" mode I receive the following error:

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: The request was canceled.

Server stack trace:
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus()

I also receive a "401 Unauthorized error" sometimes.

Do you have any suggestions to do this ? I want the Integrated Windows Authentication, to propagate

the local logued Windows user and have integrated security in the BackEnd.
