Q: How to split the screen of Windows XP [Q: How to split the screen of Windows XP]

Hi,

I want to run 2 applications at full screen mode in only 1 screen/monitor.
Is there a way to manually set the coordinates or the max size of a full screen resolution regardless of the application?

For example, if the screen resolution is 1024x768, setting an app to full screen would normally fill 1024x768.
I'm planning to revise it by doing it this way,
App1 at full screen : 1024x400 (occupying upper half of the screen)
App2 at full screen : 1024x368 (occupying lower half of the screen)

And both are running simultaneously.

Its more like some virtual desktop applications but I'm looking if it can be done in XP alone (without 3rd party softwares).
Or maybe just free thrird party softwares will do.

Is there a method/tool that can be used to add the run-time license for Windows CE devices for mass deployment?
Does Windows CE have cloning and reseal tools like in XP Embebeed Reseal tool? (except from the platform builder)

And, what will happen if I compiled an image with Pro License requirement and just input a core license?
Will the system still run as designed?

Are there any code coverage tools that comes with the Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition?
Does these tools also works with the CE 6.0 Platform Builder plug-in to Visual Studio 2005? Or it's a different implementation for CE?

Feature Pack 2007 Database Installation problem [Feature Pack 2007 Database Installation problem]

I just installed XPE Feature Pack 2007 after installing SP1 and SP2. However I am stuck on updating the Database.
I always encounter this message:

"A new platform object needs to be installed before this update ........ "

Am I missing something here? I have tried a few updates like this http://xpefiles.com/cs/forums/t/601.aspx
But so far no progress. I only experience this with the laptop I just got yesterday. My other systems are working fine.

Hope you can help. I've been banging my head on this since yesterday..
