Hi Cliff,

Yes, I was using Windows Media Player to watch it.  The version is 10.00.00.4036.    I am on Windows XP.   What I did was clicking the big green play button on top of this page.   I try to download (through the download link) but that did not work for me too.   Please advise. 

I encountered the same problem as Shilpa.    It stucks at the first slide.    I stayed through the whole presentation.  When I rewound on the presentation, I began to see something but then it stuck there again while I could hear the presenter continue talking.
