If you get an error about screen unlocking, you may have installed a real WP7 to sync on your dev machine.

You'll have to register for a dev account on the App Hub; $99.  Then using the tools on your dev machine register your actual phone using the following link.

Also try to point the Visual Studio debug/run project to the emulator using the tool located under the phone dev folder. "Application
Deployment" tool located in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Windows Phone Developer Tools

This is an awesome phone OS. I wonder what will happen with HTC's TouchFlow? I hope companies wont be able to mess with the rom too much.
