Not sure what that has to do with XML content, but yes, you can do that. Just tried it in a test page and go this back:
- Title Item0
- Title Item1
- Title Item2
- Title Item3
- Title Item4

MVC will have an add new cshtml type of dialog. I do not know if regular web site projects will though.
Looks like I don't need to answer the HTML 5 question since it's already covered in great detail. ![]()
Regardless of adoption, XHTML is not being advanced anymore (there is no team working on it anymore). HTML 5 is the way to go moving forward. While still in the works, since it is backwards compatible there's no reason to not start using the doctype now (and add in functionality as it gets more broadly adopted).
Razor will have intellisense in VS. Also, MVC will have a Razor view engine in the next version.
Yup, this is where we started to go with Oxite, but modular from day 1 (much better start). Let us know what you think after you try it out.
Coding/Gadgets are the new drugs!
My site's been getting hammered lately and it's running on a version of Oxite from a year ago (which had no caching at the time
). Seems to be back up as of right now though.
Oxite will not have future releases. Future development from Nathan and I is on Orchard.
Looking forward to seeing progress on Channel 9. ![]()
Works over here on IE 8.
Yup. Two urls isn't a good idea. Theming can be done independently of urls and having two isn't good for Google/Bing juice (and just doesn't make sense in general). Not saying it WILL be done, just saying it could.
