This is horrible.  Look how complicated this is! Was that CODE!?!?!?!

 

Seriously, Business users can't do this. I don't want to have to get IT involved just to make a dashboard.  Look how long it took the EXPERT to make a gauge. 

 

Microsoft is WAY behind here.
