That's what I think the gist of that part of the manifesto deals with. <br>

As a marketing goon at Microsoft I can state that while the mere word &quot;marketing&quot; has something of a bad connotation for the more technically adept floating around the halls the actual implementation of it (the writing, the assitance in planning, the&nbsp;creation
 and implementation of ideas, &nbsp;the day-to-day work) does generally meet with appreciation.<br>

As for the wording in the manifesto:&nbsp; I think it may have been a better choice to say &quot;No sales pitches&quot; than marketing.&nbsp;

But that's just an opinion from a writer/marketing goon.<br>
