&lt;p&gt;When does a developer talk to a senior and a senior to a team leader?&amp;nbsp; when does a developer talk to a team leader?&amp;nbsp; if you have a question about something how do you deal with it.&amp;nbsp; google it for a while, ask someone in the department, sit on your ass?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My laptop came with Vista Home Premium and now has 7 Ultimate on there, both come with Windows Media Center.&amp;nbsp; However, when i try and use my 360 has an WMC&amp;nbsp;extender over wifi (using a squeezebox as the wifi aerial) it kills my wifi and internet, requiring me to hard reboot my router and modem.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some details about my setup:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Laptop running Win 7 Ultimate Intel WiFi&amp;nbsp;5100 AGN&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Xbox 360 using a slim devices (logitech) Squeezebox 3 as the wifi aerial&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Belkin 54g cable router&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So whats going wrong?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It would be better if these training centers operated in the UK, but if they operate outside and provide exceptional teaching i would be greatful to hear from you.&lt;/p&gt;
