@Charles: Okay, I feel dirty banking off of Felix, but my attempt would be:

C++11: 
C is the roman numeral for 100, so C++ would be 100 + 1 = 101.
then, add on the 11, 101 + 11 = 112.

For $112: How about the addition of the years of the c++ standards:

98 + 03 + 11 = 112
