I don't understand the "computer voting is easy to manipulate" arguments. Sure, it may be true... but isn't it even easier to manipulate non-computer voting?

Check your relay settings. To do so, open a command prompt on the server and type
telnet localhost smtp
then enter the following one line at a time
EHLO localhost
MAIL FROM: <w3b###devil.com>
RCPT TO: <w3b###bdevil.com>
QUIT
Muck around with the settings until the RCPT TO response is an OK.
