What about retention/archiving policies? A mail server should never run out of space.
I'm not saying it should but again, that's down to the network / sys admin coupled with the business rules.
But Delete nothing, Isn't always practical for small enterprise. That's why we have CMS systems / bespoke databases. You dont have to be in people's inbox's to see correspondence for customers, suppliers etc.
Personally I only have items which are relevant to what projects I'm working on at any given time in my inbox. But that's just me

Better policy: delete nothing except spam.
haha, that totally depends on how friendly you are with your sys / network admin

With the whole better Mobiles / iPad craze at the moment I think things are leaning towards closed systems as such.
Facebook, Apple App Store, Android Market to name but a few which have each proved highly successful.
Interesting read along these lines;

They will, it is just not possible right now because it would demand changes to the windows live login screen, that would also be propegated to the current site.
Somewhere in this thread there is a URL to the place on the new site where you can login via the classic login.
Thank you

May I just ask,
Will you be providing the classic users login to v4 please?

I think I read somewhere that you have to be somewhere along the lines of 12 feet away from it for it to work accurately?
If so, that's about 75% of UK Households that simply wont have the room to be able to use it.

"What say you niners? What's "cool" about Microsoft these days?"
