everybody has included what I want to say.Anyway, No matter is 9/11, or the war in Iraq, The only victims are the people, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT! If GWBush want to play this death gamble why don't he go to front line? The wars before 9/11 in Iraq leads the attacking of twin tower, which then leads to the war in Iraq again....What's the purpose? Crude oil? US economic? What's so funny is that Prince Harry wanted to go to Iraq to join the army, does he know what the hell the politicians are planning there?

Yes, I used to do English, Chinese, maths, physics, chemistry, biology, history, politics and geography in Chinese high school, but for GCSE I got to pick up French and resistant material, glad there's coursework that weighted in the final score.
and by the way, I'm glad to have you as my classmate during these 2 years:P

I just finished my GCSEs today, and I have learnt in High School in China as well, my classmates who about 1 years older than me in China has just finished their university entrance exams as well. I know they've learnt a lot there and comparatively in England it's just so easy.

I have to admit I'm not the brightest there and it feels extremely pressurised when everyone is competitive. Whereas in England it seems everyone else never worried about their exams and, sarcastically my maths results are always on the top. I know I'll soon, or i have already lose the battle in compete with them in maths and science, but I just find it's easier to get qualificartion in England.

True indeed, also your friends knows detail about what did you comment on other people and who you are friends with, a place to stalk people. It's quite annoying sometimes -

According to the Relativety theory of Einstein, If we travel the same speed as light, the time will stop, if we travel faster than the light, the time will goes back,
The speed of light is 3*108(i.e 300000000) m/s in vacuum condition, that's about the speed of time I think.
Whereas
GMm/R2 = 1/2 mv2 =mg
v=gR1/2
This is the escape velocity if you on the earth, (R=radius of earth)
So if u reaches over this speed, you will be throw out of atmosphere.
No one can reaches the speed of light.

US government has spent a long time to make themselves seems to be "democratic", Bush has destroyed it all.
If it's not Iraq this time, it could be Iran or North Korea, well US have proved they have Nuclear weapon, why US attack Iraq-a country they couldn't find any nuclear weapon?

I'm going to be in the same situstion as you soon, but at the moment i'm gonna take Maths, further maths, physics, chemistry and possibly biology for my A-level.
If you choose to do something about computer(like Artifical Intelligence as you said) i think you should have a good mathematical base. Have you ever thought of science engineering?
Another point is, i don't know what US university like, but in England u not only need to have a good A-level result, u also need a good CV as well to go to uni like Oxford and Cambridge, I planning to do some charity work (RSPCA, animal welfare) and some other volunteer work as well.
The most important thing is once u make the choice of what major u doing, don't give up half way.
