I am looking for non-commercial ESB to host web services implemented using WCF and ASP.NET Web API.

Would appreciate informing any non-commercial ESB for Microsoft .Net web services, other than Windows Azure.
There is windows server version AppFabric for WCF and WF applications as well as Azure version AppFabric. Wondering if there is something similar in ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) as well.

But the installation and configuration using Windows Web Platform Installer is painful I 'm afraid, especially on Windows XP and Vista
I hope that will be resolved in short time.
