  • Intro to Windows Azure with Scott Hanselman

    Sayed,

That was indeed the problem.  On the "Publish Web" dialog there is a "Setting" section that I could enter and selection Configuration="Debug".  I didn't guess that I needed to go there, since the Configuration Manager settings for my application were set to Debug. And unfortunately this step wasn't a step that was shown on the Video.

But other than that the video was awesome and VStudio 2013 is working great.

    Thanks again for the help.

    Very cool stuff!

Hey... I tried to follow along with this demo, and everything worked for me except stopping at the breakpoint.  My breakpoint became hollow and the tooltip said: "The breakpoint will not currently be hit.  No symbols have been loaded for the document."

Any idea what might be causing this.  I recorded a quick video of this at http://youtu.be/1sfQH47NR9Q

  • Defrag Tools: #8 - Mark Russinovich

Mark. I can't say enough good stuff about the sysinternal tools. They've been saving my sanity for years.

Hey... If you're thinking about a fun new project (like you don't have enough on your plate), that Audiobook idea that Sailivi mentioned would be super cool. And I bet it would be ultra-awesome if you were the Narrator.  Cheers!

Great show as usual.  One other thing to recommend for best WiFi signal strength is using the open-source inSSIDer application to monitor signal strength.  This tool give you a very clear indicate of signal strength in a chart.  It also shows information about channels being used, so you can avoid conflicts.  This is a great free tool.
