I return 404s when there is no content found in my APIs

We've been talking about this a bit and we have a bit of a theory:
We were just recently added to the Flash white list for IE 10 non-Desktop. There's a chance that if your machine doesn't have that most up to date list, it's not letting our fall back Flash player load since it thinks that Channel 9 isn't allowed to use Flash content. We're looking at some ways to check your version of the list or how to get it to update. One method that worked for Duncan was to go to another site that's on the white list (in this case new Star Wars owners Disney) and then come back to Channel 9.

So I was watching the stream yesterday from my Surface in the non-Desktop (Modern?) version of IE 10. We built in specific fallbacks so that you could view the stream. I'm not sure what specific issues you had but it was working in our tests.

Can you go to the Contact Us page and send us an email with this information? It will be easier to ask you for information and things like that when we aren't posting in a public forum
To answer the question in general, it's tricky for us to go to an account and see what the email address of the Microsoft Account (as we call it these days) is. We intentionally store that data in a way that protects your privacy but also makes it tricky to reverse engineer like that. There are things we can do, however, but they require more info from you hence the request for an email.
