<p>I had exactly the same issue!</p>
<p>That was so frustrating finding that the problem was this stupid if(!IsPostBack) I believe you had the same pain....</p>

<p>I tried the solution here as well as deleting the folder<br />C:\Users\&lt;User&gt;\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\SQLEXPRESS</p>
<p>It&nbsp;did NOT solve the problem.</p>
