Plus, anyone whining about the seperation of church and state has clearly missed the point.
If you want your kids to get an education, send them to school - if you want them to be brought up in a religion, take them to church (mosque, temple etc...) Where exactly does education and religion overlap? (Anyone who says
Religious Studies wasn't taught it properly. )

You clearly missed the point, the point is that you cannot have one goverment and one system to dictate on every issue in life what's best for 300 million pepole, pepole clearly have differnt priorities, different life styles, and different belives, you need
a goverment to do the basic of keeping together the society so they dont eat up each other, but that's it, you dnt keep enforcing what you ting is good by a goverment, use communities for that, use dialogue, use the power of business, there are lot of ways
a socierty can imprve things without using a goverment.

First of all Its not true, do i need to publicize my monthly budget to show you that 100,000 it not enough? ok lets begin with tuition, how much does tuition cost for 6 kids in a private school? let me remind you that a huge part of the US sends in private
schools, and while the schhols gets more and more anti religion, the percentage gets bigger, so back to the point, since pepoles lifestyles and life are very very complex, you cant get one big goverment to fullfill the needs of 300 milion pepole, and decide
who of them should live what lifestyle and who is rich with x amoutn of money, and just make one big pot where everybody needs to trough in money to be able to serve some predefined group of people, it just dosnt go like this.

Yeah, this is kinda silly, but it's one of the many 'laws' that get made because weepy mothers make for good PR and politicians like PR.

That said, if you get in a car wreck and your unbuckled child is injured or killed, you should go to prison.

But summonsing a familiy of 8 about if they didnt wear a booster seet for a kid 7 years old, even if you drive down to the grocery a few blocks away on a road which as a 25 MPH is communisim in my opinion

Oh yea, and dont forget that some pepole wants the goverment too been SUV's becaue the goverment is also respnosible for our health.. so where can we place all these booster seats

Oh there is another solution, dont have so much children, lets have the goverment control how much children you may have, because if you have too much childern you need booster seeats for all of them, then you will need an SUV for it, and that's horible ..
you see where its going....

Completely false. You can give your kids any kind of education you wish to, but we, as a society, decided that PUBLIC education will have some standards. If you want to teach your kids at home, you can do that.

Of course, we're still taking some of your tax money for public schools, because we all agreed this is how it's going to work.

Oh yea? what percent of US citizans are religious? can a religious person send in public schools where you can't mention any religion? No! because "Seperation of state and church".

So what kind of society is it that takes money from (i thing) 100 percent for "education purposes" and can only give back to some 40 percent (seculer) of the population, and the rest?....yea THE CAN SEND IN PRIVATE SCHOOLS, but these "private schools" can't
get back from the goverment because, again "seperation of state and church"

If you combine a big society and everything gets adminstered by one big central goverment, abuse starts to take place, where just one group is "served" and others are abused (becuase of powerfull agenda driven orgenizations)

you need that, they decide if 100,000 is much of not, if you are somehow into big debt and you want need to make a lot of money to pay it off, you can forget about it, becuae they decides that every person that makes 100,000 a year is rich... no metter the
situation. come on, only pepole who dont want to try themself's call on other pepole to "Share" i heard sometimes ago one kid asks from another kid a candy and says "Sharing is caring"

QFT. I totally agree with you on that one Raymond. I have actually had several conversations with Charles regarding this topic. What I would REALLY like to see is actual product team members reading and posting here on Channel 9. I think the more Microsoft
employees we can get in here, the more transparency we can continue to bring to Channel 9.

I vote for this one, at the begining when i joined channel9 there was more partisipation with the actuall people in the particual show i watched, i tought that this is the what channel9 is about, "having a conversation with one of microsoft's developers, then
having the chance to communiate with them" but now we are getting less connected with the show.
