As an update, I was able to get the 5.0 driver to install...
I had to manually uninstall the 2.1 Intellitype driver - it was present when I upgraded from Win2K Server to Win2K3 Server, and then it wouldn't uninstall because 2.1 didn't support Win2K3...

How about supporting your hardware products on Windows 2003 Server ? I still can't install the Intellitype 5.0 driver on Windows 2003 Server... even trying the 'compatability mode'...
