Please! Please! Please!

Everbody knows you're a smart person, if Microsoft has you up there giving a lecture.  You could have been more helpful if you had defined your terms a little better, M,V,C,Routing.  I thought you said this was MVC Basic!  I didn't add up all of the time, but it seemed to me that you spend half of your time talking about yourself rather than the topic.  Your "cutesy" little comments were out of place and un-professional.  "How are you?"  (silence)  "Thanks for answering me."  SARCASM -  showing your ignorance of other cultures.  They were probably thinking, "What does he want?  Should we all have a response?  Does he think we all have the same opinion about responding to such an asinine question?"  Many of your other "smart-*" comments were a distraction to the issues.  Yes, you are balding, so grow up and act your age and quit wasting my time. 

And NO, I could not read what you were pointing to on the screen. 
Pleae review your presentation with some professionals - phychologists, not geeks.
