I think the only missing thing in the WP8 is the VPN connection which is very crucial.

I wish it had an option for a black (dark) background. If possible, please add this feature.

Although they look similar but actually I like WP7's look more than Windows 8's look because it's dark and doesn't hurt my eyes at all. If you're a developer and work at least 10 hours a day you know what I'm talking about...
