Here is an easy way]

This is a tool I built for converting the math equations in Word 2007 into MathML which can be viewed from the browser (usually its saved as images, which means it cannot be searched).

As you can see from the screenshot.. its not quite perfect yet. :D

So if you would like to contribute, visit the CodePlex page where I have put up the source. It makes some pretty heavy use of LINQ (and in some interesting ways, I think) so you might also want to look at it if you are a LINQ enthusiast. You must also visit the CodePlex page to see if you are using the latest version. I plan to make some enhancements to the code soon, and would like to keep CodePlex as the central repository.

Aravind

in reply to Would you like to add math content to your website/blog using Word 2007? I am posting it here if anyone is interested. For further information, visit

http://screencastdirectory.blogspot.com/2008/02/how-to-use-screenvideoplayer.html

The website for the software is

http://www.soonerdev.net/screenvideoplayer

I have also moved on to create a web-based version of essentially the same idea, which you can find here

http://www.mediastoryboard.com/video/search.aspx

Aravind

P.S. - I see that others have more elaborate descriptions. So here goes.. If you have read the blog post by Daniel Moth (or also felt about it the same way at some point) about some of the difficulties of using screencasts as a learning tool, you might agree that (a) it is hard to search inside the content of screencasts in any meaningful way, and (b) it is also not possible to remember and jump to a specific location of a screencast which you saw earlier, because you got to sit through the whole video again to figure out exactly where the video snippet of interest occurs!

So if you have been frustrated in the same way, you would probably want to have a look at the last website URL..

http://www.mediastoryboard.com/video/search.aspx

in reply to ScreenVideoPlayer

<evnet:views>106</evnet:views><evnet:viewtrackingurl>http://channel9.msdn.com/401615/WebViewBug.aspx?EVT=0</evnet:viewtrackingurl><evnet:previewtext>Hello everyoneA while back, I built a tool for watching/navigating screen capture videos..
