I downloaded the video and was just fine except for about 2 minutes at the end when the sound went all echo. I think that the set and the quality of the video are not an issue. I prefer to have the 5/9 as often as possible and with low video quality but interesting stuff, than having it pro made and only once a month or so.

The idea is very good but it can be better materialazied imho.
For example you could ask everyone to speak for 2-5 minutes about a cool stuff they discovered the last week, may it be an application, a way to resolve a problem, a book, an article, a wow instance...
