wow, ok well I did actually watch it, and am amazed. The one thing I was wondering is can you write stand alone apps in silverlight like you can do in Flash? Something that can run from say the CD drive.

we have the parallax board and the boebot working and we were demoing it at roboBusiness this week. We will release the sample service that talks to the board very soon, so you can play with it. We will post something on the blog or download section on our
website
Yeah, I saw the boebot, that is what had me so excited! I would love to use my parallax componets with Visual Studio. Please get the sample up soon....I want to get started...thanks so much.

Blogger for Word only does text. No images. No audio/video.
What a usless app then. All you get out of it is spell checking (and basic formatting I guess). It doesn't seem like it would have been much work to upload video/audio/images. They should open source it, that might be cool, at least get around the myriad
of short comings.
Am I the only one that finds google's applications to be lame? They all seem thrown together with little thought (and absolutly no interaction).
This is great. I can finally manage my sites without remoting to the box and I love taking out the bloat I don't need. I think this is the most excited I have been for the release of Longhorn...that is until we see some Longhorn Media Center videos...hint...hint

Sep 08, 2005 at 3:35 AMWow, that guy seemed...a little put out. Like he was above the "Microsoft guy" that had the privilege to come there.
The app seems lame, you can't post audio or video? What about images, he never touched on those. I might as well write my own...
