Sorry, but do you even watch the presentation? Within the first two minutes, Anders addresses this point and in fact gives it as one of the reasons for creating TypeScript in the first place.

Scott, I reckon it would be even better if you locked your exposure and colour balance so that the camera doesn't keep trying to compensate as you point the camera at the screen and then at Phil with the bright lamp behind
