If I rename it to Lesson03A then it opens correctly IE10. I suppose there is something about IE10 that makes clearing the cache difficult.

I did try that and it had no effect. I opened Lesson03 with Web Expression 4.0 and it looks correct in the design view, but does not look correct in the snap shot view with IE (interactive) selected. It does look correct in the snap shot view with either IE6 or IE7 selected from the drop down menu.
I am using IE10 on Lesson03. IE10 does not appear to read the style sheet. The font remains a serif type font and will not change to Arial or a sans-serif font. When I open with firefox, Chrome or Safari it looks correct. The preview in notepad folder looks correct. I have cleared everything in IE10, but it does not appear to read the style sheet.
However, the begin point of Lesson04 does look correct in IE10.
Any idea why IE10 will not render Lesson03 correctly when the other major browsers will?
