		<description><![CDATA[<p>From what&nbsp;I've heard&nbsp;so far it sounds like simple competitive taxing to me.&nbsp; If one jurisdiction charges 10% and another charges 2% then work out of the one with 2% to keep costs low.</p><p>Those senators need to realize that they are competing with other taxing authorities and they need to get competitive.</p>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>It is official.&nbsp; I have crossed into &quot;old fart&quot; territory.&nbsp; I don't take pictures or videos in any places without the permission of those who would be in them.&nbsp; Doesn't everyone provide that courtesy?</p><p>Maybe it is all rooted in the concept of personal space.&nbsp; There seems to be a segment of the population that believes personal space is a fixed location instead of the 3 feet around you that goes with you whever you are.&nbsp; Every individual's three feet of space is never public unless they choose otherwise.&nbsp; Every individual decides who is allowed in their three feet of space.</p><p>I'll pack up my Depends now and go in search of the most remote location on earth. <img src='http://ecn.channel9.msdn.com/o9/content/images/emoticons/emotion-1.gif?v=c9' alt='Smiley' /> with 2 gigs internet access of course. <img src='http://ecn.channel9.msdn.com/o9/content/images/emoticons/emotion-1.gif?v=c9' alt='Smiley' /></p>]]></description>

		<title>Tech Off - WPF and assembly references</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>If it did figure this out wouldn't that mean that the top level binary compile directory would contain all the dependencies set to &quot;copy local&quot; for the full stack?&nbsp; I guess it would.&nbsp; What would then happen if a project in the middle of the dependency stack were built? Should the newly built binary be pushed up the tree to the compile directories for the higher level binary directories?</p>]]></description>
