The danish newspapers reports, that MS has promised (in a press release), that the tv part will work in all markeds where the Xbox is bring sold. That is great news

Microsoft is committed to bringing live TV through various solutions to all the markets where Xbox One will be available.*
*At launch, Live TV will require a supported receiver device with HDMI output (sold separately)
