@InfoCentral:I don't know... I'll keep my eyes open and if I see more will let you know.

@jazz:Best bet would be to click through to the article and ask Mike there (there's a place for comments on the last page...)

@D4r10: This is a software update only.
The existing Kinect hardware works, with the same rules. You can use the Kinect for Xbox 360 for development but that's all and even that's not recommended. The current Kinect for Windows device is the recommended device for the Kinect for Windows SDK v1 or v1.5

@Brian: One thing to try is to make sure your Silverlight project is setup for Out-Of-Browser (OOB).

@Nerdenator: Good catch, thank you.
Yep, there was a bug on line 27 (now fixed). I switched it to e.Status and it seems to work for me.
In looking at the original post though, looks like the author later updated it to use _kinect.Status. Either one should work.
(Just a side note, I cannot take any credit for this project/code. The original author, http://elbruno.com/, deserves all the kudo's and credit, etc for it. I'm just the messenger...

@bkbrowncom:That's pretty cool... Let me know when there's more to share, details, links, etc and I'll try to get it its own post here on the Gallery...

@AntonioBaker:Those are in the Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit. Check out last Monday's post for a few more details, http://channel9.msdn.com/coding4fun/blog/Visual-Studio-Achievements-for-Windows-Phone
System.Json is part of the Silverlight SDK. Here's the path where that reference resolves for me, C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Silverlight\v4.0\Libraries\Client\System.Json.dll

@ComputerScience:If you can, hold on for a couple weeks... v1.5 of the SDK is coming and there's some "gesture love" in it...
-
@Dennis:Nice, thanks for the write on this...
