@Summyyiah: a Windows Phone 8 Beginner series is in the works right now. But no plans for Wordpress, PHP, ASP or Database. I can ask around and see if other contributors would be interested in working on this type of content.

@olujedai:Unfortunately no, we don't have a feature like that.
@Oluwatobi:Hi, there has been changes to the documentation in the dev center since the launch of the videos. I have just added the edits to blog post of video 2: http://channel9.msdn.com/Series/Build-a-Windows-Store-Blog-Reader-app-with-C-/C-Blog-Reader-2-Get-data-into-an-app
Let me know if that fixes the issue.

@G2: 1.) you could always download the videos and play them with VLC player which as a speed adjustment. But that's not a bad feature to have in the embedded playback as well. I'll let the dev team know.
2.) We already have this feature. If you click on the timecode stamps it'll skip to that topic in the video. example here:http://channel9.msdn.com/Shows/The-Defrag-Show/Defrag-DVDs-sans-Sound-Disable-Snapping-Watch-Mon-for-Folders. It is just up to the contributor to create them.
3.) Do you mean have a search box for each show/series/blog/tags page? Because you can already do that:

Hello,
Thanks for the note! we have a WPF tag http://channel9.msdn.com/tags/wpf
You should search through those pieces of content and see if you find what you are looking for.

Hi @Ruchira and thanks for the note! You have to be a full time Microsoft employee to post video content onto Channel 9. But as @evildictaitor mentions you should post videos on Youtube.
best of luck,
Golnaz
